Simply put, I believe you can best sell what you believe in. That and I think this program is like getting paid to breath air: people interested in this writing sponsor would be doing it anyways – even if they were not getting paid for it.

PATCHES OF GREY: A Novel by Roy L. Pickering Jr.

Studious young Tony Johnson, from a Bronx tenement is graduating from much more than high school and he has grand aspirations to rise far beyond his humble upbringing. But things are seldom so simple in the real world and never so easy in the literary world of a literature book like Patches of Grey.

Patches of Grey by Roy L. Pickering Jr.

Tony’s collegiate dreams and his falling in love with a white classmate swiftly put him strongly at odds with his father. Despite other angst in the Johnson family, like his brother C.J. on gang ruled streets, and his sister Tanya taking chances with her chastity, Tony receives the lion’s share of Lionel Johnson’s wrath for his having ambition, daring to be with Janet Mitchell, and refusing to bend to his father’s will. Who from his grey past in segregated southern town, has a bitter, prejudiced outlook and he see his unrealized goals reincarnated in the eyes of his eldest son.

This literature book follows a tumultuous year, during which Lionel loses both his job and the role as primary breadwinner. The father’s authority erodes and he drowns his disappointment in drinks. This affords Tony, an opportunity to assert independence rather than allowing his fate to be set by chance and circumstance., Tony comes to learn that the world is not as black and white as he and his father’s opposing opinion suggests – it is Patches of Grey.

“That accident was the best thing that ever happened to me!” The autobiographical literature book revolves around the fourteen days Waive spent unconscious while pregnant with her third daughter after a near fatal car wreck. In this literature book, Waive tells of her witnessing parts of Heaven, Hell, and this world- almost simultaneously. She shares her visions, dreams, and parables that God gave to her while she traveled through His world.

By Cynthia Meyers-Hanson & Waive Greene

Emerging writer Cynthia Meyers-Hanson tells of the miracles that occurred as Waive Greene healed from this collision. It is a wonder filled literature book about faith, hope, and love. It is an autobiographical journey through the afterlife realm, told through a Christian perspective

This fictional narrative begins with a grief-stricken father visiting the gravesite of his beloved son who was killed in a tragic accident; a moment that he and no other loving parent should ever have to face. As he sadly gazes at his son’s headstone and reads what is inscribed there, the dates 1981 – 2001 bring about an illuminating discovery. The tiny dash that separates the years of one’s birth and death represents the whole of a person’s life. So if this tiny dash were to tell his life’s story, what would it say? In Just a Season, the dash of this man’s life is revealed and what emerges from the pages of this literature book is a legacy of true benevolence and grace.

Just a Season by John T.
