From Mayor To Fool is an autobiography of transcribed conversations that took place in Spring 2008, between the Author (Tim Mayeur), his parents, his close friends, two Tarot Card Readers, a Psychic Medium and a Hypnotherapist. this self-published autobiography is a journey where you get to follow the Author in mid-life crisis as he transforms and comes to terms with his mid-life, the loss of his sister, struggles with what it means to be a Middle Class Man and evaluates his mid-life crisis in order to improve it.

There were no rehearsals and the Psychics were not given any information about Tim’s life prior to the meetings. Tim met them for the first time for these sessions. Marcy Chen is a self confessed agoraphobic and her Yellow & Green: Not an Autobiography of Marcy Chen sure does seem like an angst filled autobiography of her living with Agoraphobia.

Leave Angst Behind

I looked up Agoraphobia and the description does show how much angst and anxiety an agoraphobic person must endure daily, when even the simplest tasks become a terrifying event. But don’t be satisfied with just a cold and clinical description of the condition of agoraphobia.
